The Ayers Foundation was created in 1999 to sustain and/or significantly improve the quality of life in Tennessee, and it is dedicated to ensuring that its services continue in perpetuity.  This is accomplished through financial support for college scholarships, medical services for children, and research into pre-cancer detection and diagnosis.

Currently, The Ayers Foundation has three primary charitable programs:

1   The Ayers Foundation
Scholars Program
2   The Ayers Institute at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center
3   The Ayers Children’s Hospital
at Jackson - Madison County General Hospital

In Addition, The Ayers Foundation offers a variety of grants for non-profit organizations that serve the communities in which Tennesseans live and work.  To see if your non-profit organization meets the qualifications to be considered for a grant, select Grants for Organizations.
